Our unboxing videos are webinar-style conversations between the ISV partner and ISV forum.
While the partner tells us about the company's origins, which problems are solved by their products and who the people behind the screens are, Andre will share his screen and start using the product.
In the 25-minute video, we'll also talk about the company culture and the product roadmap.
All videos are posted in the Blog section and on our YouTube channel.
In this Unboxing video, Andre speaks with Andrew and Rimon from Tekunda about Serpent, their DevOps solution for Salesforce.
We explore the story behind Tekunda and Serpent, for whom the product is built, and see a live walkthrough of features like sandbox change tracking, AI-assisted retrieval, pull requests, deployments, rollback (the undo-button!), analytics, org visibility, data migration, and the VS Code extension.
Perfect for Salesforce Admins, Developers, Consultants, PDOs, ISVs, and release managers looking to simplify Salesforce delivery and deployment processes.

ISV Forum started in September 2023 by Andre van Kampen, and the platform was first introduced at Dreamforce.
The first unboxing videos were launched in May 2025
Justyna Krajewska has been part of the team since the first in-person gathering. Together, we work towards our goals within the ISV ecosystem.
